And just like that it's winter! The jackets are out, heaters are on & we certainly are layering up... There are plenty of things that start to adjust with the season shift but one can easily forget that our skin undergoes a few changes too. This gentle cleansing milk has wonderful caring and protective functional ingredients for daily use. The special combination of plant extracts ensures a cleansed, smooth and soothed skin feeling. This cleanser includes Jojoba Oil which has fantastic properties like soothing the skin and is packed with Vitamin E which is a powerhouse for fighting pre-mature ageing and of course sensitive, dry skin. Horse Chestnut assist with blood circulation, strengthening the skin & maintaining a healthy cellular renewal rate - perfect for sluggish winter skin. This beautiful soft rose coloured cream mask is heavenly! It is a relaxing intensive face mask to calm sensitive skin that tends to redden or be irritated. Various plant extracts have been chosen for their calming and protective effect and ensures a firm and refreshed skin. It contains Evening Primrose which is a wonderful ingredient for restoring & balancing sensitive skin whilst protecting it against moisture loss.
La Roche Posay Thermal Spring Water Mist
La Roche Posay's Thermal mist is always a beautiful item to have in your skincare routine. This spring water has been known to be a great anti-irritant & anti-oxidant for the skin. It contains selenium, as mentioned above, and has great benefits for the integrity of the skin. The mineral salts and trace elements found in the French spring water cools and refreshes the skin and reduces any signs of inflammation. I like to mist this on my skin throughout the day ensuring my hydration levels are up as well as misting it prior to any serum or moisturiser application to ensure further product penetration.

This collection is for breakout prone skins, those experiencing maskne (agh, bane of our lives!) or for those in need of purification. This collection can be used by Normal, Combination, Oily skins that are prone to breakouts. It is a basic routine that is simple & effective!

The most luxurious feeling cleanser that smells incredible too! The clarifying and refreshing cleansing gel is perfect for everyday use. This silky gentle foamy cleanser ensures clean and deeply cleansed skin. It contains Mellow which gives a protective function, ideal for dry, breakout prone skin & perfect for pigmentation marks too. It has soothing & moisturising benefits too, supporting the natural skin barrier. A cleanser I'd happily continue using in my everyday routine!
La Roche Posay Effaclar H Moisturiser
This non-greasy intensely moisturising formulation is perfect for breakout prone skins that still needs hydration in winter! It is a super light gel-cream consistency that helps soothes and restores the hydrolipidic film, leaving your skin nice and plump. It absorbs beautifully into the skin and I have particularly loved using this as it does not feel heavy nor greasy under my mask during the day. Linoleic Acid and Squalane help rebuild the protective hydrolipidic film, while (one of my absolute favourite ingredients) Niacinamide helps soothe redness and inflammation.
La Roche Posay Dry Touch Anti-Shine SPF50+
This SPF really does live up to its name "Anti-Shine"! If you are someone that battles with a shiny complexion by the end of the day this is the perfect sunscreen for you. It has a double anti-shine action, immediate absorption, and an ultra-dry finish that leaves no white marks on the skin. It does however have a slightly thicker consistency then the other La Roche Posay SPF's and you might feel like its spreadability isn't great. However I recommend placing a small pea size of product on each cheek & one on the forehead. From their gently massage each area spreading it evenly. I find it just needs warm finger tips!
Team Dr Joesph Purifying Mask
Really can't get over the beautiful scent of this mask which is herbaceous and fresh! This rich cream base mask is wonderful at purifying and cleansing the skin of any impurities. The cream mask absorbs and dry's slightly after a few minutes, which is perfect for those that are concerned of heavy products. The mask contains allantoin which is soothing, calming and can stimulate cell division, improving ones complexion!
